Background:
Glenn Beaubelle is the past President and CEO of Century 21 Beaubelle & Associates, Inc., a residential real estate firm that recently merged with Coldwell Banker. During his tenure, the company consistently ranked in the top 2% nationally for sales production. In addition to his management and leadership accomplishments, Glenn has more than 24 years of experience in high-end properties, residential and commercial sales, probate / estate sales and real estate development. Glenn is regarded as an expert in all aspects of the business, especially in the area of negotiation, property evaluation and appraisal. Kellie works in conjunction with the Senior Escrow Coordinator and devotes her time to overseeing all listings and escrows, marketing, assisting in staging all Beaubelle listings and showing prospective buyers property. Kellie also offers property management services on an exclusive basis to all Beaubelle clientele.

The Beaubelles are involved in many local, state and national real estate organizations, including the Contra Costa Board of Realtors and the California and National Association of Realtors. They are both natives of the Lamorinda area and are dedicated to serving their community as well as their clientele.
